Today i finally got it done...thought i never get to this Stage...damn weather...
From the left to the right:
Master Positive
Mold
3-Part Mothermold
Everything´s just fine, i made a very thick Mold (like it should be anyway) and it fits perfect into the Mothermold.
Just need to get a cast out first to get the final selling price for Etsy.
I will be selling it in 3 Kits and one Upgrade Kit.
1: Raw Cast Helmet only
2: Raw Cast Helmet with Padding and Foam for the Mouth Area
3: Number 2 with LED Kit for the Eyes
4: Upgrade Set for already bought Helmets, so you can add the LED Kit when you want
The LED Kit will be made after i got the first Casts out, so i can design it for the Casts and look where i can place the Powerpack.
